Shipping / Return Policy


All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.


We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • USPS

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

Stephanie's Scents Provides free Shipping anywhere in the U.S. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase using USPS Priority. Orders are individually packaged with care and should arrive within 3-5 business days of shipping. Clients will receive a notification when an order is shipped.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened/Used.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.


Although it's hard to imagine you'd want to return a Stephanie's Scents product, we understand that sometimes things just don't turn out the way we expect. If our product(s) does not meet your expectations, let us know by sending an email to You will be responsible for shipping costs to return products.

Used candles cannot be returned or refunded.

​All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

In the event the product(s) is damaged during shipping, we will ship replacement product(s) within 4 business days after receiving photographic proof of the damage. Photos must be submitted to within 7 days of delivery.
